Domestic Shipping Only

At UltiMoto, we currently provide shipping services exclusively within India. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Free Shipping on all Orders

We believe in making your shopping experience delightful and hassle-free. That’s why we offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or location. We’re committed to delivering your favourite fashion items right to your doorstep without any shipping fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD) with additional charges

For customers who prefer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD), we extend this option for orders below Rs 1,000. However, please note that COD orders will incur supplementary charges of Rs 60. These charges cover the administrative costs associated with processing COD transactions and ensuring secure delivery to your doorstep.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. After being dispatched from our warehouse, orders are usually delivered within 4-8 business days. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may increase by a few days. Orders that are placed on Sundays or public holidays would be shipped on the next working day.

Order Tracking

We provide real-time tracking for all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. This allows you to stay updated on the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival.
