Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we are unable to entertain cancellation requests after this period due to our quick processing times.

Return Request Window

You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you contact us promptly if you wish to initiate a return. Email us at contact@ultimoto.in to raise a return request.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you provide the receipt or order number for verification purposes.

Hygiene Standards

For the health and safety of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns if it is evident that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the integrity of our products.

Return Shipping

We do not offer return pickup services. Therefore, customers are responsible for sending the return package to the address provided at their own cost and responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

Refund Process

After receiving and evaluating your return, if it meets our eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In the case of a COD order return, the refund amount will be credited to the bank account provided by you. Please be aware that COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, as well as shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, we are happy to replace it at no additional charge. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order with an unboxing video and photos of the delivered product. Failure to provide these may result in denial of your exchange request.
